Corey and Titus Davis Placed on Biletnikoff Award Watch List

The 2014 Biletnikoff Award Watch List is out and 2 WWS alums and brother are on that list – Corey ’13 and Titus ’11 Davis.

Titus who for the second straight year, the Central Michigan wide receiver has been named to the watch list for the Biletnikoff Award which is awarded annually to the best receiver in the country. A native of Wheaton, Ill., Davis was named team MVP and first team All-Mid-American Conference for the Chippewas in 2013 when he led the team with 61 receptions for 1,109 yards and eight touchdowns. Read more about Titus here: http://www.mlive.com/chippewas/index.ssf/2014/07/central_michigan_receiver_titu.html

Corey at Western Michigan University is a sophomore wide receiver and has been named to the Biletnikoff Award Watch List. As a true freshman, Davis started all 11 games he played this past season. He led all freshmen wide receivers in the Football Bowl Subdivision in receptions with 67, receiving yards (941), touchdowns (6), receiving yards per game (85.5), and 100-yard receiving games (5).
