Adam Dansdill ’12 – Named To First Team Preseason All-Americans by USA Football

WWS ’12 Alum and now a junior at Wheaton College – Adam Dansdill was named First Team Preseason All-Americans by USA Football.

In his first year as a starter, Adam Dansdill led the Thunder defense in tackles with 57, including two sacks and six tackles for loss. A First Team All-CCIW slection at linebacker, Dansdill was the CCIW Defensive Player of the Week for the week of October 14. 2011 ALL DVC  – Dansdill was the playmaker of the defense. The 6-foot, 205-pound senior middle linebacker, named to the all-DuPage Valley team, scored a touchdown on a fumble return in the Class 7A championship game. Dansdill led the Tigers with 142 tackles, including 93 solos and 10 tackles for loss. “He was a critical leader of our defense,” coach Ron Muhitch said. http://prev.dailyherald.com/story/?id=429925
